For every purchased item, another jacket, trouser, shirt or bag is donated to Smart Works, a charity that supports, dresses and coaches unemployed women for job interviews.

Women coached by Smart Works, gain their confidence through professional and practical tools that help them feel empowered and make a good first impression at a job interview.
