For every purchased item, another jacket, trouser, shirt or bag is donated to Smart Works, a charity that supports, dresses and coaches unemployed women for job interviews.

Throughout her life, The Duchess of Sussex has been supporting causes that empower women. The Duchess is patron of Smart Works, a UK charity that helps unemployed women find jobs by providing high quality interview clothes and interview training. Women coached by Smart Works, gain their confidence through professional and practical tools that help them feel empowered and make a good first impression at a job interview.
